Although Japan and its peoples have no way to fully protect
their own country against any attack by missles or invasion of
any foreign military forces. If Japan could amend their fundamentale
law and join the international cooperation forces with agreement, then they seems to be well-qualified to be the regular member of
The United Nation or another leader for East Pacific Cooperative
Organization.I believe that this year of 2011 should be a decisive
